The TLX Series FOG (fiber-optic gyro inclinometers) Based Wellbore Continuous Surveying System is a wellbore track measurement system of high precision and reliability developed by the company relying on its advantages in aerospace technologies in combination with military navigation technologies. It takes small double-axle FOG and flexible quartz accelerometer as the core parts and can be mainly used for bushing well re-measurement, bushing defect positioning and some other applications. It forms a whole system and can be used conveniently and simply. It is technologically leading in China and many technical specifications of the system have reached the international advanced level in similar products. Up to now, this system has been applied successfully in many oil fields.

The application scope of this system is cased-hole measurement, casing damage or deformation orientation, and orienting perforation.
Inclination: range 0°~90°; accuracy ±0.1°.
Azimuth: range 0°~360°; accuracy ±1.5° (3°≤Inclination≤60°) or ±2.5° (1°≤Inclination <3°, or 60°< Inclination≤90°).
Measurable parameters: Inclination, azimuth, tool face angle, operating temperature, and so on.
Operating temperature: -20℃~175℃ (lasting 2 hours at 175℃).
Operating pressure: 120MPa.
Vibration resistance: 5g, (20~2000) Hz.
Shock resistance: 500g, 1ms.
Outer diameter: 90 mm.
Domestic and international cooperation projects
This system has been successfully used for well hole track measurement of almost 50 wells in Liaohe Oil Field and some other oil fields, and it has been widely accepted by the users with respect to the precision, vibration resistance, practicability and convenient use.
